As hard as I tried to make this year’s Thanksgiving as mindful and healthy as possible, I still ended up gorging my face on all of the delicious Thanksgiving goodness. It was my first time hosting Thanksgiving, so I made sure all of my favorite things were made. I was so giddy over my Wild Rice dressing stuffed into acorn squash and mushroom gravy drizzled over mashed red potatoes, that I just couldn’t help myself.
Maybe next year I can focus more on self-control and mindfully listen to my stomach when it’s bursting at the seams, but for now, here are some tips on how to deal with the Thanksgiving hangover. Read more
