Massage Therapy
Swedish Massage: This is your basic massage session. Randi will combine different levels of pressure with long, gliding strokes. This type of massage works to increase circulation, release toxins in the muscles, and is a great stress reliever.
Deep Tissue Massage: This slow and focused technique works with the fascia, or connective tissue, and deepest layers of muscles in the body. In this session, Randi will work to release chronic muscle tension and knots that are causing discomfort. “Deep” doesn’t necessarily mean “pain,” and Randi moves with the muscles and fascia to melt and release the tension with the least amount of pain and discomfort.
Thai-Yoga Massage: With this modality, you will receive the benefits of massage and yoga all in one session. This technique is done on a cushioned mat on the ground while fully clothed in loose-fitting clothing. You are lead through a series of postures while your muscles are kneaded and gently stretched. You will leave this session feeling more balanced, have more energy, a boosted immune system, and feel a release of muscular tension. It’s great for athletes and active people.
Pre-Natal Massage: Getting regularly massaged while pregnant is a wonderful way to ease the discomforts pregnancy. You have the option of laying on your stomach supported by pillows that create a space for the belly, or on your side with a body pillow for support and comfort. This massage is good for releasing back pain, leg cramps, reduces swelling and edema, and can help prepare the muscles for childbirth.
Sports Massage: This technique is mostly used to help prepare athletes for optimal performance, recover after a big event, or as a compliment to their training. It is also beneficial for people with restricted range of motion, chronic pain, or dealing with an injury. A specific area or muscle group is worked and stretched to break down adhesions and increase health and movement in the problem areas.

Yoga
For an hour or 90-minute session, Randi will work with you to create an effective home practice, catered to your individual needs. Working with Randi one-on-one will also enhance your experience in a Yoga class setting. A regular practice of Yoga is the best way to maintain your muscles and keep them healthy. Randi teaches a basic Hatha style of Yoga and will guide you through a personalized series of poses while offering postural adjustments and ending with relaxation techniques.
